A little Mini R50 headlight reconditioning.
While resealing this Mini Cooper oil pan, we discovered pieces of the timing chain guide in the sump. We put in a shiny new chain and guides and Mini is up and running again!
It’s never good when you pull the transmission out, in order to replace the clutch and you find this. We need a new transmission also.
This MINI is in to have its head examined.
Hard to see him but there is a mouse under the intake on this MINI. He stayed there the whole time while I replaced the spark plugs… pretty funny, proof that mice do like to live under the hood.

Finished replacing the fuel pump in this 2004 Mini Cooper with 205,000 miles. Not bad for the original fuel pump.
